Acceptable Use & Publishing Content Policy
Rules protecting lawful publishing, rights and platform security.
1. Principle
BookLaunchIQ supports legitimate publishing and does not make ideological agreement with an author a general publication condition.
2. Rights and lawful activity
Users may not knowingly submit or publish material they lack authority to use, or use BookLaunchIQ for unlawful conduct or material prohibited by applicable law.
3. Fraud and deception
Users may not make fraudulent ownership claims, impersonate another person, manipulate payments or entitlements, or use the platform in a materially deceptive way.
4. Security abuse
Users may not introduce malware, steal credentials, access systems without authority, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt service, or circumvent security, access or payment controls.
5. Rights, privacy and provider obligations
Users may not knowingly infringe enforceable copyright, privacy, confidentiality or other applicable rights, or intentionally use BookLaunchIQ in a way that causes it to violate lawful third-party provider obligations.
6. Enforcement and proportionality
BookLaunchIQ may investigate, request information, restrict affected material, suspend functionality, remove unlawful or infringing material, and suspend or terminate serious or repeated abuse. Enforcement should be proportionate where circumstances permit; an allegation alone does not automatically prove wrongdoing.
7. Legal preservation
Nothing requires BookLaunchIQ to host content it is legally prohibited from hosting.
