Digital Delivery & Fulfilment Policy
How verified digital purchases are made available to customers.
1. Scope
This Policy governs electronic delivery of customer digital purchases.
2. Payment verification
Digital fulfilment begins only after BookLaunchIQ verifies successful payment using the applicable commissioned payment process. A successful-looking return page is not, by itself, confirmation that an order has been paid.
3. Delivery destination and formats
Purchased digital products are ordinarily delivered to the authenticated Customer Library. A customer receives only the formats included in the applicable listing and purchase.
4. Timing
Digital purchases are normally made available promptly after verified payment. Provider notification or verification delays may temporarily leave an order pending. BookLaunchIQ discloses delivery timing and provides consumer protections concerning performance as applicable.
5. Secure delivery
BookLaunchIQ may use temporary authenticated download mechanisms and other access controls. Customers receive product access, not access to internal storage infrastructure.
6. Delivery failure and remedies
If verified payment exists but the product is absent or unusable, the customer should contact support. BookLaunchIQ will investigate payment, entitlement and delivery evidence and may restore, replace, fulfil or refund as appropriate.
7. Customer responsibilities and availability
Customers should maintain account access, use supported software and formats, and avoid unauthorised sharing. Historical customer entitlements should be respected subject to lawful rights restrictions, account/security measures and legitimate technical limitations.
